PyCheMelt Documentation

Welcome to PyCheMelt, a Python package for analyzing protein unfolding data. It can be used to fit melting curves of a protein monomer at different denaturant concentrations, or to fit melting curves of a protein oligomer (dimer to tetramer) at different protein concentrations.
